San Clemente Real Estate and Community Information

San Clemente History

The San Clemente Real Estate market is comprised of nearly 15 miles of breathtaking beaches and spectacular foothills. In 1925, Ole Hanson, mayor of Seattle, purchased 2,00 acres of San Clemente and began to design and build the community. San Clemente saw a rise in popularity in the early 1970s after former President Nixon purchased a Spanish mansion in the area.

San Clemente continues to be a popular community, yet maintains its small-town charm. Well-known for its ideal climate and picturesque beaches, experts believe that the population of San Clemente will double in the next 20 years and the San Clemente Real Estate market will only increase in popularity.
